My mother instilled in me a great love of books from a very young age.
I have been reading since I was three years old, and writing since I was eight. I kept paper journals on and off for years. I currently journal online at Neverland.
Over the years I have scribbled down countless ideas and seeds for stories, a few actual finished products, as well as a few poems and articles. On this website you can see some of the work that did make it to completion. Many authors have inspired me. Some of the books which have influenced my life and writing the most have been
the Bible, "The Great Controversy" by Ellen G White, "The Trumpet
of the Swan" by EB White, "Little Women" by Louisa May Alcott,
"The House on the Strand" by Daphne du Maurier, "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee, "The Lost Country" by JR Salamanca,
and "Beyond This Place" by AJ Cronin. There are more, but I don't
have room.
It is my desire that the words I write be ultimately to the glory of God, Who gave me any talent I have. I hope you enjoy perusing my site and that you will come back again.
